Important safety information
This blanket weighs 2.27kg. As a general safety guideline, a weighted blanket should not exceed 10% of a child's body weight. For this blanket, this means a child should weigh at least 22.7kg.
Not suitable for children under 20kg. However, because the blanket weighs 2.27kg, we recommend following the 10% guideline and using it only when your child's body weight is appropriate for the blanket.

- Always supervise your child when using a weighted blanket.
- Keep your child's head and neck completely uncovered.
- Never use the blanket as a restraint or tightly wrap it around your child.
- Do not tuck or secure the blanket around the child.
- The blanket should not hang over the sides of the bed.
- Remove the blanket if your child becomes hot, uncomfortable, distressed or has any difficulty breathing.
- Do not use if your child has difficulty breathing, regulating their body temperature or independently removing the blanket.
- If you have any concerns about whether a weighted blanket is suitable for your child, speak to an appropriate healthcare professional before use.
- Keep away from fire and naked flames.
Care instructions

Delivery & Missing Parcels
We obtain proof of postage for all orders.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, delivery is handled by Royal Mail. Occasionally, parcels can be delayed or go missing, and we understand how frustrating this can be.
If your order hasn't arrived, please contact us so we can investigate with Royal Mail. Royal Mail requires a certain period to pass before a parcel can officially be declared lost. If your parcel is confirmed lost, we'll work with you to arrange an appropriate resolution in line with your consumer rights.
If your tracking shows that a parcel has been delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us. We'll investigate with Royal Mail's loss prevention team to help establish where your parcel has been delivered.
During periods of postal strikes or significant disruption, investigations may take longer in line with Royal Mail's latest guidance. We'll keep you informed and deal with any missing parcel in accordance with your statutory rights.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't quite right, please get in touch with us about returning your order.
Standard Items
For online orders, you generally have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us that you'd like to cancel your purchase. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, allowing for reasonable handling to inspect or try them on.
Once we've received your return, we'll process any refund due in accordance with our returns policy and your statutory rights. Original standard delivery costs will be refunded where required by law. Return postage is the customer's responsibility when cancelling an order, unless the item is faulty or your statutory rights provide otherwise.
Exchanges
Ordered the wrong size? If the item has only been tried on and remains unworn and unwashed, we're happy to arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.
Please contact us before sending your item back. Customers are responsible for return postage and the cost of sending the replacement where applicable, unless the item is faulty or your statutory rights provide otherwise.
Personalised & Custom Orders
Personalised and custom-made items are generally excluded from change-of-mind cancellations and returns, as they are made specifically for you.
This exclusion does not apply where an item is faulty, not as described or where other statutory rights apply.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible so we can put things right.
Your statutory rights apply, and we'll work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement, repair or refund, depending on the circumstances.
