Click & Collect
Our local customers are welcome to collect from us in person, just select the click and collect option at checkout. Orders are usually ready next working day between 10:00- 14:00 Monday - Thursday but please do not show up for collection until you have received your email / sms notification. If you require a click and collect order the same day, this may be possible but please first email us on help@fredandnoah.com.

Order value £60 and over FREE SHIPPING shipped RM48
EXPRESS shipping is an additional £3.50 and we aim to ship these the same or next working day. RM24 TRACKED
Processing times
All orders are queued into our system and will take up to 7 days for us to make and ship, If you select EXPRESS shipping your order is bumped to the top and we prioritise this and dispatch the same or next working day.
Free delivery
All Uk orders over £60 qualify for FREE shipping, please note that this is sent via RM48. There is an option at checkout to upgrade this to EXPRESS
Delivery
Please note that proof of postage is obtained for all items. If an item does get lost then the Royal Mail advise that a period of time must pass before this item is officially lost. Once this time has past a replacement item will be sent to you. In no circumstances will a refund be issued for lost post. As a small business we cannot afford to accept lost and stolen post so when an item is marked as delivered but not received by the recipient we will always investigate this with the loss prevention team at Royal mail to recover this package.
Please note that during periods of postal strikes we reserve the right to extend the time we wait according to the latest updates from Royal Mail before sending any replacement items.
Returns & Refunds
You have 14 days after your item arriving to return it for a full refund, with the exception of suitcases and personalised items (please see below). Please note that in no circumstances will we accept returned items which have been washed or worn . If an item is returned to us and shows signs of wear or washing then the item will be returned back to you and no refund issued .
Suitcases are non-returnable as they are a custom item. Should a problem occur then they are covered by a 2 year manufacturer warranty for defects in the material and workmanship. Our maker will at its discretion fix or replace the product within 7 days. Should the return not be within 7 days of the fault notification you will responsible for the return cost to the manufacturer.
If you have ordered the wrong size then providing it has only been tried on once and not washed then we will happily exchange for a new size . You the buyer will be responsible for paying postage costs again .
Please note that no refunds or exchanges are accepted on custom orders
