How long will my order take to arrive?
Some of our clothing is made to order and can take between 10-14 working days to make and ship.
My baby has chunky legs and I'm worried that the leggings will be too tight?
No problem ! We have designed our leggings to fit all shapes and sizes of children , they are made from the highest quality stretch jersey and we are confident that they will fit your child, but if they don't you can return them to us providing they are unwashed and unworn.
I have a older child that would love your leggings , can you make them in a bigger size?
Unfortunately we only make children's clothes in ages 0-9 years.
How will my order be shipped?
We use Royal Mail to ship most of our orders, Changing mats are sent via Evri.
Can I change the personalisation on my order?
Yes just leave us a note on order and we will email you if there are any questions we have or if changes need to be made. If you are unsure email us at help@fredandnoah.com. Please note that personalised items are unable to be returned or exchanged unless there is a fault.
Where are your clothes made ?
All of our Leggings, Dresses, Fleece sweaters, Bedding , Muslins, Hat & Bibs are all made in England.
Our T-shirts and Sweaters are printed by hand in our Essex studio are made overseas.
Every piece is hand wrapped in tissue paper , quality checked and posted from our Essex studio.
What is your returns policy?
You have 14 days from the item arriving to change your mind and send it back to us for a refund ( minus postage )
We strictly only accept back items which have not been worn or washed. If an item is returned to us and shows signs of this then it will be returned back to you.
In the rare instance that an item might reach you and you find a fault with it, please contact us immediately via email : help@fredandnoah.com
I placed an order over two weeks ago and it hasn't arrived yet?
If this is the case please email us at help@fredandnoah.com with your order number and we will look into it as a matter of urgency.
If an item has been sent and it hasn't arrived, The Royal Mail suggest that a period of 14 working days must pass until the item is 'lost'. Please contact us at help@fredandnoah.com and we will investigate the whereabouts of your parcel and help you further. In no circumstances will refunds be given for undelivered items. Proof of postage is always obtained at the time of posting.
Do you ship internationally?
We do ship internationally, please ensure that you are happy with your postage cost before completing your order. We update our international shipping cost frequently this is always in line with current costs. Additionally we are updating our stockists and there may be one nearer to you.

No sorry we make and sell children's wear only.
