You have 14 days from the item arriving to change your mind and send it back to us for a refund ( minus postage ) We strictly only accept back items which have not been worn or washed.
If an item is returned to us and shows signs of this then it will be returned back to you.In the rare instance that an item might reach you and you find a fault with it, please contact us immediately via email: help@fredandnoah.com
We do ship internationally, please ensure that you are happy with your postage cost before completing your order. We update our international shipping cost frequently this is always in line with current costs. Additionally we are updating our stockists and there may be one nearer to you.
