The Book of You is a stylish and modern memory book to be filled out each year from age one through to sixteen.
Deemed as the continuation of the baby book, the journal’s recordings mature as the child does. It is the only childhood record book with prompts for the adult and questions for the child (from the age of three).
Every year has a stats page for things like height, shoe size, and how they get around along with all their favourite things and the unique 'make your mark' page which can be used for hand and foot prints when the child is little and where they can do a drawing or stick in photos when they are older. On this page is space for them to write their name from the age of four which evolves in to their signature when the time is right.
There are prompts every year for the grown up to write about the child ‘The things you do that make me laugh’ along with ‘Your best quotes’, space for everything that you don’t want to be forgotten. At the top it asks 'Who I am to you' so it doesn't have to be the same person filling it out each year and makes it inclusive for all families.
There are age appropriate questions to ask from the age of three, ‘What makes you happy?’ along with ‘What’s the naughtiest thing you’ve done this year?’ which evolves in to the most embarrassing thing when they get older. The questions mature as the years pass and it ends at age sixteen with a note to their future self along with hopes and predictions for the future.
It's wonderful to hear their answers as well as have a place to write down all the funny and cute things they say which may not be quite so funny and cute as they enter the teenage years! The idea is that you can tuck the book away for a few years and regift it back to them when they are older, or bring it out on their wedding day! They can read all the lovely things written about them, laugh at what they wanted to be when they were three, and cringe at the most embarrassing things to happen to them when they were thirteen.
It’s a charming book designed to promote positivity and affection which prompts delightful answers and builds in to a lasting treasury to be looked back on, jogging happy and funny memories of childhood. Our Leggings are true to size however you can always order up a size and fold up our reversible ankle cuffs which have been designed to be folded up or down as your child grows.
Our leggings are cut for both disposable and cloth nappies and regular pants in ages 2-4 .
Sizes 4-5 and 5-6 are a different cut to our baby and toddler leggings with no side seam on the legs.

Please note that these measurements are a guide and sometimes our leggings can vary very slightly due to the weight of the cloth , for example our thermal leggings have less stretch than our standard styles so you may want to size up if you want a looser fit.

Processing times
All orders are queued into our system and will take up to 7 days for us to make and ship, If you select EXPRESS shipping your order is bumped to the top and we prioritise this and dispatch the same or next working day.

All Uk orders over £60 qualify for FREE shipping, please note that this is sent via RM48. There is an option at checkout to upgrade this to EXPRESS
Delivery
Please note that proof of postage is obtained for all items. If an item does get lost then the Royal Mail advise that a period of time must pass before this item is officially lost. Once this time has past a replacement item will be sent to you. In no circumstances will a refund be issued for lost post. As a small business we cannot afford to accept lost and stolen post so when an item is marked as delivered but not received by the recipient we will always investigate this with the loss prevention team at Royal mail to recover this package.
Please note that during periods of postal strikes we reserve the right to extend the time we wait according to the latest updates from Royal Mail before sending any replacement items.
Returns & Refunds
You have 14 days after your item arriving to return it for a full refund, with the exception of suitcases and personalised items (please see below). Please note that in no circumstances will we accept returned items which have been washed or worn . If an item is returned to us and shows signs of wear or washing then the item will be returned back to you and no refund issued .
Suitcases are non-returnable as they are a custom item. Should a problem occur then they are covered by a 2 year manufacturer warranty for defects in the material and workmanship. Our maker will at its discretion fix or replace the product within 7 days. Should the return not be within 7 days of the fault notification you will responsible for the return cost to the manufacturer.
If you have ordered the wrong size then providing it has only been tried on once and not washed then we will happily exchange for a new size . You the buyer will be responsible for paying postage costs again .
Please note that no refunds or exchanges are accepted on custom orders
